We conceived the idea of creating a premium everyday accessory that would make carrying an IQOS device more practical while giving recycled IQOS materials a new purpose. The vision was to combine functionality, premium design, and circular manufacturing into a product that could seamlessly fit into users’ daily lives. To bring the concept to life, we partnered with Seabrook Studio, who were responsible for the industrial design and manufacturing, while IMMINENT led the entire innovation and development process. Together, we transformed the initial idea into a manufacturable product, balancing user needs, aesthetics, engineering and production requirements. From concept development and engineering to prototyping, supplier sourcing, tooling, manufacturing, and production management, IMMINENT coordinated every stage of the project, working closely with partners to ensure the final product was both innovative and commercially viable. The result is a modular accessory that securely carries the IQOS device while incorporating a dedicated compartment for used TEREA sticks manufactured entirely from recycled IQOS material and designed to demonstrate the real potential of circular product innovation.
